Automated Controls was initially brought in to NSA Midsouth as part of a joint energy performance project lead by the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) and Memphis Light, Gas and Water. As part of this project, ACI implemented WebCTRL based building controls in 40 initial buildings. This was completed during the course of a single year. Since that time, NSA Midsouth has retained ACI as their preferred building control supplier, updating another 5 buildings and performing many more retrofit and upgrade projects.
